• Add events to the master calendar as soon as possible
• Make sure the event name adequately and accurately describes the event
• Check the calendar before scheduling an event to avoid time conflicts and ensure maximum attendance
• Add events to the calendar to receive consideration for School-wide promotion in the Daily SON
